“I intentionally waited to install the canopy canvas' about a month after the frames were up. After installing the canvas', within a week 2 out of the 4 purchased had ripped off of the grommets due to rain pooling in the center of the canvas. It doesn't help that the company I ordered from sent me the wrong color canvas to begin with and offered nothing to correct the situation. So now I have the wrong colored canvas, 2 of which are destroyed. Filled a warranty claim and received no confirmation that it went through.”
