“Well made and very happy with the final product. I do recommend this. It lacks the last star because assembly is a bit difficult. I'm pretty handy but the labeling of the tubes was difficult to read. The numbers were painted and some were blurred on the tube steel. Left me guessing many times. Also, include some written instructions rather than just schematics. Be patient and you'll be happy.”

“I am setting up the shelter and have found the instructions included in the box for distance between vertical poles are different from the schematic online. The assembly manual is clearly wrong on distance between poles along the 10' length dimension. Since the overall length of the shelter top is 10' and the pole inserts are 10" inset from the corners the distance between those poles at the ground level cannot be 10'. The schematic online shows the pole distance at 8' 7". Given the small angle the vertical pole inserts are set at that is what the pole distances need to be at ground level. Vertical pole distance on the 6' dimension is correct. The hypotenuse distance in the included instructions is incorrect as well. The hypotenuse distance is around 125.5". Whomever, the wizard was that wrote and/or approved the included instructions should be sat down and taught basic math. They got it right online, but customers are more likely to follow included written instructions. Shame on Shelter Logic for not checking twice before going to print. As far as quality, time will tell.”

“Loved this canopy. Unfortunately (Ohio) the mini blizzard of 2024-2025 destroyed it. I highly recommend this entire deck/patio/yard cover from extreme heat/sun. The metal frame with stood everything but now I do need to purchase a new canopy itself... Even the elastic anchor straps withstood this extreme snow and cold below zero high winds of 30 to 45 mph that we endured. I totally highly recommend this affordable securely structured canopy for anyone.”

“I did a partial assembly in my living toom so I could get the ecact measurements of the mounting feet -- it is to be bounted above a timberfram structure. One of the mounting posts faced the wrong direction, so I emailed ShelterLogic. They informed me that the part was on backorder. Since it was unuseable with the incorrect part, I asked for instructions on how to return it. The part was no longer on backorder, and arrived a few days later. (smile) The canopy is well built and bolts together easily. The cover appears to be high quality and should last for years. Very pleased with it but only gave 4 stars as I deducted one for the dance to get the incorrect part replaced.”

“Best thing I ever bought for my yard. Rain never pools on it because of the design and it is easy to put up. I leave the frame up in the winter and just take the cover off.
