“I bought this canopy to put on my deck to replace a similar product that was 12 years old. The new system has no way to hold together. the old one was bolted together and the feet had pins to hold the leg to the base. The base has holes but the steel legs do not. After assembly a light wind pick up the canopy even though the bases were attached to the deck with 3" screws and the 2 piece legs separated and fell apart twice within 5 minutes. I called customer service and was told I could drill holes through the legs and bolt it together, but that's what I payed for. Will be returning to store and buying another brand”

We are very sorry to see that you are disappointed with your canopy. The reason the poles are not bolted together is because the canopy is designed to be a temporary structure. Please note that we do offer hundreds of different shelters with varying sizes, shapes, strengths, and that are permanent structures.
