“Just bought and installed this. I thought it might take 1 to 1.5 hours to set up. It took about 8 hours! The poles that are supposed to fit together are poorly manufactured. It was SO much work trying to get them to fit. Also there were several poorly instalation grommets that will probably tear out in no time.
This was not worth the money or time. Very disappointed!”

“I use 2 of these at shows. 3 seasons on 1 and 2 on the other. The quality of the tubing and connectors is all over the map mostly ok but some need to be worked on. The second canopy had a number of issues but they quickly resolved them and shipped replacement parts. Properly secured these stand up when others around us failed. I had one partial failure from so much rain saturating the ground the stakes failed. Only 2 connectors were damaged and had to be ordered. These are good canopies, get them early and test them before you need them and they are fine.”

“I was pleased with the first canopy kit I bought several years ago (please keep in mind I NEVER write reviews), so I was happy when circumstances dictated that I have another. This canopy is the worst product I have ever assembled. I would recommend it only to the most avid, capable, and equipped, do-it-yourselfer. A file, a punch(pin), a hammer, were required to make the pieces fit together. The tubes were ok. The connectors however each required the holes to be pounded out from the inside, filing, and in some cases, the opening of the connector was so out of round that it too required pounding from the inside to make the tube fit, not to mention the tubes being welded on visibly crooked. If you purchase this canopy please be advised you will have to inspect, and likely modify, each connector with the type tools described above. Evidently, quality control is nonexistent at the plant that supplies the connectors. I'm sorry to have to report this, but I am extremely disappointed.”
