“first bought what you called a kit but diddnt contain the top which is the piece i needed the most,then i talked to your rep whos help was limited, through him i ordered the top.when i finally was able to replace the old one i was shocked by how poorly it was made compared to the first one. i sent pictures to one of your reps who couldn't open them ,the bunges where stretched to there max and are bound to fail also a pic. of the frayed ropes on the ends that is suppose to tighten it all up,and that is bound to fail in the winds we get here,also a pic. of the seems over the peek that are not centered .I wonder if you just patched some scrap pieces together to make a top. the old one had eyelets in the corners, this one the first eyelet is 8 inches in”

We are very sorry to hear about all of the trouble you have experienced. The enclosure kit is an accessory to the frame for those who would like to enclose the bottom portion on it. Under the features it does list that the frame and top are not included.
