“I just finished erecting the 10x10 model 500-9164053 and just had to give a resounding 5 star review!
Everything fit perfectly and the only issue I had was not seeing the picture of the roof clips correctly (I installed them upside down on more panels than I care to admit and had to disassemble and start over) which was actually my fault. A larger blowup of the clips may help others from making the same mistake.
Also, not sure about the rain gutters yet. Looks like the water will channel to the corners but from there the water has nowhere to go but over the top!? Guess I’ll just wait and see…

“So the winter was rough, and one storm destroyed my soft top gazebo over my hot tub. I contacted support, and spoke with Lynn. After going back and forth describing the damage, sharing pictures, and identifying just how much of it was broken, we decided it would be better over the long run, and more cost effective, to simply replace the gazebo. Lynn helped me choose a replacement with a metal roof, then had it shipped to me in record time. As I was getting ready to assemble it, we communicated about accessories (like curtains, the unit came only with screens, and we want privacy for our hot tub). During assembly I had several questions. Lynn was very responsive, quick to respond and was very clear, directing me to videos and answering my questions.

“We just put this together over the weekend. First thing I'd like to say is the champagne color is beautiful! The directions were easy to follow, my husband and I were able to assemble in 1 afternoon. I like that it bolts down to our deck so it won't move and should be good in high winds. I can't tell yet how it will be in the long run but it seems really sturdy and like it will last us longer than the ones with the cloth top. Those fade really fast and just aren't as nice. At least if this were to fade we would be able to just repaint and it would look new again. I was also able to hang a few plants from it and they seem to be doing fine. Very happy customer!”
