“Second review I have written since my first one didn't get put up. Very unhappy with this product, I bought the 12x 20 to protect my hellcat challenger from the rain/elements. one set of rain gutters came completely destroyed, not a big deal they sent the new one promptly. Went ahead and ordered the encloser kit. They did not include the proper screws/hardware, so now I am waiting for those, the curtains do not include grommets so you have to drill them, ridiculous design, I have seen many reviews online about them ripping over time. But the thing I am most upset about is that it LEAKS. The screws that fasten down the roof do no including any sort of protection from rain (example rubber washers). I spent hours caulking the screws and using rubber sealant so that no rain can get in. But there is still a bad leak in the very middle center where both panels meet. I have caulked that with a pole and paint brush because i can no get up there on the outside. May have to build some sort of scaffold. I should not have to do any of that. Should have gone with another option because I have had nothing but trouble and frustration with this enclosure. I should mention I have been doing construction for 12 years + and am very handy and followed instructions perfectly.”

“I had the pleasure of ordering a Samara 12’x20’ carport. When I received it, in several boxes, it was easy to see that the contents were packed extremely well and all pieces were clearly labeled. The quality was also evident immediately. The use of very few self tapping screws, but instead using machine screws into threaded nuts on the pieces. While with lesser priced/quality units assembly can become tedious, it was not the case with this model. All of the pieces lined up as they should and assembly was a breeze. Using two people, assembly took about 8-10 hours. The instructions were relatively clear, which helped with the ease of assembly. While we did have some minor damage to some pieces, a quick phone call to customer service fixed things up right away. How can anyone complain about such a high quality product followed up by excellent customer service. Sure it’s priced slightly higher than other models/makes, but you save in frustration and time and likely length of ownership. We have since placed an order for the enclosure kit and I know that it will also be of similar quality. I highly recommend Sojag’s Samara carport.”
