“I have 5 of these shelters. They don't require permits to put up. The tarp material lasts at least a year in the sun and wind. Definitely go for the side enclosures too for shade, wind, rain, and snow protection.The nice height also makes using a tractor bucket easy for storage or parking. Its a great shelter for storing the camper out of the weather too. Don't hesitate to buy one. Just make sure to measure your panels for either the 10 x 10 OR the 12 x 12”

We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. The standard cover does include a 1-year limited warranty, and if anything goes wrong within that time frame, we strongly suggest submitting a claim. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow (if applicable), it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier materials have a longer warranty and life expectancy which might better suit your needs. This is an accessory Kit to the ShelterLogic 10' x 10' Equine, Livestock, and Agricultural Corral Shelter that brings side panels to enclose an existing corral shelter, and the (Corral gates and Corral Shelter frame are Not included). You will need to obtain the corral fencing or gates and the portable shade and shelter structure to mount on the fence or gates.
