“I'd add a photo, but please check other 1 star reviews. The cover is failing at all of the top stretch points. It appears that i will only continue to tear. Also, I built floor to keep my tools off the ground and , the end flaps do NOT go all the way to the top of the floor, so water seeps through and soaks the floor. This would occur if the unit sat on the ground as well. The cover did not hold up even in very mild temperate climate zone (Coastal CA - summer seldom above 85F, winter seldom below 30F).”
Hello,
We are sorry to hear about your cover failing. Fabric life is affected by application, location and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. Our standard covers do have a one year warranty and if you are within that time period we recommend filing a claim. We also offer upgraded material with much longer life expectancies and warranty periods. If you have any other questions or concerns we would be more than happy to discuss this with you at 1-800-932-9344.

“I finally got around to putting up the shed I bought yesterday evening thinking it would only take an hour, whoever wrote the directions should be fired! read ahead before you do anything cause you'll be taking it apart constantly if you don't, I finally said screw this and did it my way, it was way easier and much faster, lots less swearing too! I got the frame up easy enough it was when we went to put the ends on everything went south, I don't understand putting the whole thing together then taking it apart to add the ends, and why would you have it staked down before putting the thing together, stupid, stupid, stupid, I would have given it a much higher rating if it weren't for the idiotic directions, maybe words once in a while explaining things? not just pictures that are confusing, the shed is actually quite nice, I was almost finished with rating the shed when I noticed there is nothing to select for what I'm using it for, we own a wood shop and just added welding, we cant weld in a wood shop so we got the shed and lined it with welding blankets so we can work through the winter in it.”
“I purchased the 8x8 and almost immediately began to worry when I opened the box only German directions were inside! It was a 95 degree day and I am 8 and a half months pregnant and I don't know German... so I cussed a bunch and got to work. 3 hours later and a ton of mistakes later and some deep breaths i managed to assemble the frame. But without English directions I had to disassemble some to begin putting on the canopy.... grrrr by this time I was dying of heat exhaustion and ready to cry..... after a long break I finished the assembly anchored her down and decided to write a review... the product seems to be sturdy only time will tell. But in the heat and sun and so far pregnant if I can do it anyone can!”

“Assembly made somewhat complicated by three different bolt sizes differing in length 1/16- 1/8 in. where one size would work. Perfect for our needs to store lawn furniture and deck accouterments and yard tools.”
