“Great shed. My wife and I put together a 12 x 12 in an afternoon… argument free! But, if you live in a climate that gets cold and damp at the same time (our winters in the Pacific Northwest, for example) be aware that condensation can build up inside the waterproof cover and drip down.”

We are very sorry to hear about this. This does sound like condensation. This sometimes occurs in different climates, temperatures, etc. We do offer a vent kit that will help with air flow. “Not impressed with this. Had missing bolts so I had to buy more. Zipper didnt work on one side. Fabric ripped. Talked to the seller and they said they would go good. Sent it back for a refund and nothing back from the company. Now I am out my money and a shed-in-a-box.”

“Not only has this survived 4 NE PA winters, some with very heavy snows, it just survived our record breaking March—4 Nor’Easters in just March. Strong winds of up to 60 and heavy snow. I highly recommend this shed.”
“We bought this and within one month it was completely destroyed. The first wind storm that came through Arizona shredded the entire canopy and broke one of the metal poles in half. We currently have the polls duct taped together and they're actually holding up better and we went to Lowe's and cover the top and sides with one of their tarps and that has held up longer than this product.”

As listed in the assembly manual, unfortunately, this unit is not wind rated and must be properly anchored in order to avoid any potential damage.
