“When I placed my custom order it said it would ship in 2 weeks and an email containing the shipping information would be sent. After 2.5 weeks of hearing nothing at all, I contacted them only to hear custom orders take 3 weeks.
A week later I’m getting a call at work from a delivery driver that I need to sign for a package. Thanks for that email confirmation that I never got.
Setting it up, the plastic joint pieces have already cracked and broken. Some of the edges of our door pieces are cut in jagged lines and one of the door zippers is missing completely.
So far, I feel like I wasted $1200.”

“I purchased this a month and a half ago and received two weeks later. Upon erecting shelter I am satisfied with what I chose. I will definitely be purchasing the automatic venting for it soon as it has been very wet lately and the moisture does collect on the ceiling. I also wish that the door pulley system accessory was a selectable item within the design section of the shed ordering process. Instead it is in a separate accessory section. I would have ordered it at the time that I ordered the shed had I known. Also I do believe that they should be a little clearer as to which bolts are used where in the instructions. There are a couple of bolts that are very close in length and I was confused more than once as to which one I needed to use for each section. Otherwise great shelter.”
