“I know the product itself is great, I know it’s capabilities I’ve set these up at work and at friends houses.
With that being said I decided I wanted one for my car. Originally I bought the 10x20x8 but decide I wanted a wider one to comfortably get out of my car without worrying so much about banging my doors. At his point I order a custom size of 13x20x10.
My issue isn’t the product but more so with the warehouse and where ever they do the custom work.
The 1st problem. They deliver a box that should have never left the warehouse. When I saw that it was beat to hell by a fork lift I told the driver to not even that it out of the truck. How someone thought it was acceptable to deliver that is beyond me.
Office personnel was great.
The 2nd problem. Ray Charles was the person that drilled the holes in the metal tubbing. They drilled twice and both holes are wrong. So now the connecting pipes don’t even rest on each other where they bolt together. I didnt bother to try for the 3rd time. Way too heavy and time consuming Plus I was eager to get this done. I already had to wait a while from the first return.
Who knows, maybe I’m wrong and they’re supposed to be like that, I doubt it though.
This is my first review ever. I wasn’t planning on writing one but after the second email asking me to write one I went ahead and did the best job my adhd brain would allow.
Again, I know they’re better than that. I never contacted them about this. I’m sure they would have resolve it but I literally could not wait any longer, my help was there and I had already taken my other one down and sold it.
$ 1,700 is a lot of money for me and it sucks that I got crapped on by Ray and his drill. This shouldn’t have left the warehouse just like the first time.”
