“The shipping was great. They said the heavy duty cover was special order so would take up to 3 weeks for delivery. It was delivered in 2 days by Fed Ex. That said, why is there free shipping on new sheds but the cover I ordered cost more than the whole shed when I bought it and I had to pay for shipping?
The new cover went on fine and hopefully will last a lot longer than the original.”

“Very pleased about the timely of the delivery of the cover. Very pleased with the thickness of the replacement cover. Surprised that some of the slots at the bottom of the tent did not line up with the poles. Had to create a few new slots so that the bottom rail could be installed to hold the cover securely.”

“The cover work good but on a windy day it blew the whole garage into the neighbors lot . Tore it out of the ground. Bent the most of the frame work. The cover never tore. I have the cover in my shed. I saved the frame work but it is bent and twisted. I had it secured to the with the stuff that was sent with the garage. I had additional stuff to secure it to the ground. I give up on the garage since this was the third time I used SHELTER LOGIC. THE COVER WORKED GREAT. FRAME WORK DIDNT . CHARLES CONFER.”

Please note that the model shelter you purchased is not live load rated and we recommend that all our products to be securely anchored on all footplates, as this is a temporary structure. In most situations, additional permanent auger or concrete anchors are recommended; we advise bolting down each leg post and re-fasting the bolts. “The cover tarp is heavy duty the only problem is it don't keep it dry inside. When it rains it let's water thru and every thing get wet water runs down the tarp and drips off the rails.”

We are sorry to hear about this! Please note that the Heavy Duty PVC 14.5 oz. Cover is waterproof, and UV treated inside and out, adding protection from UV damage. This does sound like condensation. This sometimes occurs in different climates, temperatures, etc. We do offer a vent kit that will help with air flow.
