“I purchased this heavy duty Shelterlogic cover after the thin cover that came with the frame tore. This cover is amazing and is much heavier than the old one.”
“I wish the new cover arrived with installation directions. Great cover, delivered quickly, very difficult to instal in cold weather since it’s very thick so I couldn’t tighten it down completely. I’ll wait for a warm day.”

“Directions should state that after a certain amount of time after instillation that it should be tightened up. After being exposed to all weather types over the course of say a month it loosens up.”

“I bough this replacement cover to refurbish the one I purchase several years ago. I put the new cover on and realized they forget to put a zipper on the one side. I contacted customer service requesting a replacement front cover they sent me new zippers. I told them this is not a problem of mine, but I would try it to install it. After several attempts and countless hours I was not able to install the zipper. I have again contacted them requesting the new cover. I haven't heard back yet but I am not satisficed.”
