“I finally got my shed-in-a-box installed, on October 11 and all went well until I noticed that the side wall had 5 pin holes in it. I hope these don't cause the cover to prmaturely rip.”

“I was surprised at how long this item took to arrive. I ordered it 3 weeks ago, and I got a message yesterday that it will arrive in 6 more days. That's nearly a month. If I had known it was going to take this long when I ordered it, I probably still would have ordered it, so not informing me only created customer dissatisfaction. Informing me would be better, but really, keeping some of these in stock for immediate shipment is what customers expect nowadays. I hope it is perfect when it arrives, because based on how long it took to get here, rectifying a problem could take a very long time. If I didn't like your products and your company, I wouldn't have taken the time to write this. This is not a hard problem to solve.”
