“I decided to go with this heavy duty version versus the standard cover because I've had to replace the standard one twice since I bought my original shed. For the most part I'm pretty satisfied with but I did have a couple of issues with this product. The fact that it did not come with any instructions made it difficult as I had to search for a video or instructions online that covered just the installation of the cover. The second issue I had is connected to the ratchets provided and the straps that are used on the front and back. I was unable to ratchet the front and back tight enough to prevent the cover from gaping. The straps appear to be too long for the little ratchets that were provided and the ratchets filled up with the straps with a lot of loose strap material, I did not have this issue with the original one that I installed.”

“It was a good fit and worked out well. Would definitely recommend using two people for the install. I hope this cover last longer than the original as it only lasted a little over a year. That is why I ordered a heavier replacement cover.”

“The heavy duty cover kit is a little difficult to put on by yourself, especially if it’s cooler temps outside. It’s rather stiff, and tough to get over the frame. Once it’s over the frame, I let mine relax for a couple days before trying to tighten the fabric down. Give it a chance to flatten out, then adjust it and sinch it down. I’m very happy with the end results. It seems to shed snow really well.”
