“First, this product took almost two months to arrive after ordering. Shelter Logic was asking for this review before I even had the product. The product came with no instructions (luckily/unfortunately) I have replaced covers before and could complete the project on my own. There were small holes along the fold lines and many marks from manufacturing still evident where they had marked cut lines. One important slit for the tie cables was missing so I had to make this cut myself and rethread the tie down strap. Overall an unsatisfactory experience.”
“Purchased this item a month ago. Still waiting! I've made several calls and was told there are delays. The worst part is that it's been charged to my credit card. One representative said it wouldn't be charged until it was sent. Not true. Also, now it's cold and we have several inches of snow. The first cover only lasted one season. Waiting for the heavy duty version..not optimistic..”

“I bought the heavier replacement cover and installed it by myself in about 2 hours. It fit well and is much thicker than previous cover.
The cover is so thick that it blocks out sunlight much more making the area inside very dark. It also holds heat much bettter.
It does match original in color and size.”
