“Even though I bought the lessor of the covers, They last at least 8 years If you do as directed, it holds up well. make sure there are no trees that will touch it. The frame has held up for 3 covers. I definitely will buy again.”

“Our previous Shelter Logic cover lasted nine years, and this one has last five months. The response to our review is that it depends on whether in your area! Really....what a stupid response. The cover that lasted nine years is in the same location as the one that lasted five months, so it's obvious you are now producing very low quality products.”
“We put this replacement cover up the end of March and it is already see-through five months later. What happened to the quality of Shelter Logic? Our original lasted nine years. Even the more expensive covers have poor reviews. We put in a warranty claim, but we're very concerned with the overall quality of any of these covers.”

We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds, it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material.
