“Service was prompt, received my order in a week. Everything fits exactly as it should. I did not receive an email when it shipped so I called to checked my order status. They informed me it should arrive that day and an hour later FedEx was in my driveway. I didn't receive my 10% discount when I ordered so I also asked about that. They promptly followed up on it and I was notified of my credit back shortly after.

“We bought our Carport in a box back in 2015. We have had to replace the cover a few times. One incident was an act of nature. The other was just wear and tear. We have it up at a campground and it is located near the water, so we get lot's of wind etc. This Carport in a box/Cover has worked out great. Much stronger and studier than any other. Would strongly recommend this product!

“We really like our car port. We had a bad hail storm a few years ago and the cover only had a couple of holes in it at the end but it protected my wife’s car from the hail. The only holes were from tennis ball sized hail that was the shape of the Covid virus. It was weird. But it helped and we ordered a replacement which was very easy and took no time at all for us to receive it. So thanks for that”
