“The product arrived about a month ago placed in an area for assembly. Opening the boxes, the product appeared well packed. Wanting to start assembly, I dicovered the hardware was missing. ie screws,and tie downs. I moved the product to another location for storage. About a week later the hardware arrived. Removing the steel frame, I realized several connection pieces missing. Notifing the company, they were very helpful and ordered missing parts sent out. Waiting to assemble.”

“I have owned 2 other car ports that collapsed under the weight of heavy snow. When I unboxed this carport I could see the differences, from the high quality steel square tubes big round bars and the quality of the tin for the roof.
