“Structure went up easily enough, instructions were clear, parts were correct and there were extra screws, which is always kind. There is some room for improvement, however:
It was difficult to fasten the lowest edge of the roof over the bends in the ribs. The roof metal wanted to spring outward and the rib structure has a recess right at the elbow which makes it very difficult to land a screw accurately.
Also, there was lots of waste! I ordered a 7ft high structure with a single horizontal extension. The wall material came in separate boxes, each box with enough for 7 or 10ft high walls, both in the base kit and the extension kit. Here's the thing: if each 7ft wall uses 3 units of metal and they provide 4 units for each wall, then after 3 walls (3x3 = 9) there are 3 extras (supplied 3x4 = 12; 12 supplied - 9 required = 3 extra), that's enough for an entire extra wall! So my kit that had one horizontal extension *did not need* the additional box of wall material that was provided at all. I understand the convenience of stocking boxes of wall metal that will suit either 7ft or 10ft high walls, but the result of doing so is a lot of wasted metal for 7ft high structures - also wasted shipping weight ($) and a subsequent disposal burden ($) on the customer. A slightly smarter order processing system that computed the actual amount of material needed and would omit sending entire boxes of unwanted contents would save everyone time and money.”
