“I purchased this product primarily for storage of farm equipment, including a tractor. The installation went relatively smooth until I began putting the end panels on. I put the rear solid panel on without a problem. The second panel was not a zippered panel, so my installation came to a grinding hault. I called customer service, and I have to say, she was top notch. I sent a couple of pictures, and the order was generated for the zippered end panel. Unfortunately, they are made to order so I am still waiting two weeks in now. I did ask the associate if I could use the other end panel and just cut slits in it for a make shift door. This is my second building. I would highly recommend the ez roll up door. It would be nice if it were just included and not an option to be purchased separately.”
