“Due to the large number of curtain options on the website and the fact that some pictures are not exactly like the product this lead me to order the wrong curtains. I was looking to buy regular polyesters curtains and got plastic ( referred to as Mica) When they arrived they were all folded together and pretty wrinkled. Not sure how they would have looked. Called customer service and they quickly made arrangments to send the right ones. But since these were not open box I needed to pay the difference (which I expected). The curtains I got were described as better quality than the standard polyester ones. I couldn’t see the difference with the ones we bought 5 years ago that were $100 cheaper than these ones. They actually seem a bit thinner. They look good though and I appreciated the good customer service.”
