My main aim was to reduce winter maintenance, with the retractable roof this is resolved and no longer an issue.
Initially, we did encounter a minor issue with some missing parts upon delivery. However, the customer support from Sojag was excellent. They were responsive, understanding, and promptly shipped the missing components. This efficient and helpful service turned a potential frustration into a positive experience, highlighting their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Assembly of the gazebo did take some time and would definitely benefit from having at least two people, but the instructions were clear and manageable. Once assembled, the structure feels sturdy and well-anchored.
