“Order my 10x10 Messina gazebo on line and very satisfied with the final end product giving a 5 star rating to that end only
However the installation it did not come without challenges that satisfying to the customer experience
Pros:
Overall well designed and seems structually sound
Installion was fairly easy
Cons:
(1) No instructions came in the box, so had to have customers service email PDF file with instructions
(2) One of the top main panels was defective, the holes and threaed grommets necessary to installing the corner support brackets where not drilled out and installed during manufacurring process so the stop the install to await delivery of a replacement panel
(3) The lagtime to recive the replacement panel took far to long, 7 working days. Panel was shipped July 5th, and I did not receive it until July 16th
I am giving a 5 star rating for the overall end product and customer service response and experince
