“This chair broke the first time we used it. We purchased two these chairs before the pandemic and it was a year and a half before we used them. They sat on a shelf in our garage brand new in the box until we took a vacation. Within two days one broke and they will not warranty it because it was over a year since it was purchased. You can see from the pictures that the chair is brand new, no wear or fading. Terrible customer service.”
