I wrote shelterlogic, shared a quick video and within 5 days I received a new chair with no questions asked or any hassle. The chairs are so comfy. I have had 4 knee surgeries and getting up and out of the chairs is a breeze. Best thing is there is no digging or pressure on the back of your legs while u are relaxing. I would 100% order from this company again and I would 100% purchase another Rio beach chair.”
