Here's our return policy: Orders can be returned to ShelterLogic within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days items are not eligible for returns. To return an order, please call Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA). Unfortunately, we do not accept or credit any returned product without an RA number. Please note that all freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer and return freight must be prepaid. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. If the product is returned in unsellable condition, ShelterLogic will not issue a refund.
