“The sherpa was amazing, polite, fast, however I did have one complaint about the customer support guy I was talking to, who told me a plan a little more expensive would get what I wanted more easily than what I was wanting originally. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I ended up paying more for the same end result. Overall, the experience was positive, and I have contacted their support to look into the experience more, however as of now I have to leave a 4 star review over a 5.”
