“The driver did not put the requested heat treatment in the oil tank. I just had my oil line freeze last month because of this same issue, and was out of heat & hot water then. It cost me $300+ to have emergency service last month, which I got stuck paying. A few dollar bottle of superheat treatment would have avoided this. Will it happen again now?”
