“Sometimes there are nagging little issues with equipment. Gary and intern Hector showed up and dug into the nest of wiring. Together, as a team, they discovered some electrical connections that were loose. They professionally cleaned up that nest of wires and tightened the connections. Our hot water was restored. They were excellent. Thank you, Shipley!”
