“ John, from Haly/Shipley, was excellent. I explained that the boiler didn't seem to be coming on after the power had been restored. I sent him a picture of the boiler, and he was patient, going over the possibilities. It turned out that I just needed to run the hot water, and the boiler fired up. All was well. Thank you, John.”
