“I talked to the weekend call-taker and explained about having no heat or hot water, and the Becket motor blinking red. I had tried to reset it several times. It was unclear whether we were out of oil, or there was a boiler problem. The call-taker agreed to have a tech call me. Kevin called. In talking with him we concluded that I was out of oil. He said he would call back to check if filling the tank fixed the problem. I called back the weekend call-taker, who scheduled a delivery. The delivery guy was very nice. He filled the tank and said that the tank had been empty. Problem solved. Kevin called. I told him problem solved. I left the house on errands. He later showed up at my property. My wife met him in the driveway and explained that the problem had been solved. He was confused and said that he'd had another phone call that day with the identical problem - empty tank. (That was probably me.) He was not scheduled to come, rather he took it upon himself to come. I appreciate his helpfulness, but don't want to be charged for it. Problem was solved, but it was surprising and annoying that the tank had run dry when we're on automatic delivery, and apparently on the last visit there were zero gallons put into the tank? If you could call me please to explain.”
“They hooked up my new LP tank and were extremely efficient and polite. They even had their boots off before I got to the door to let them in to relight my fireplace.”
“Carl was professional and polite. He communicated when he was on his way, kept me informed of the service he was doing and shared the technical results of the system test. I would welcome Carl in my home for future service.”
