“I was very pleased with their prompt response and showing up the same day that I called to report a problem. Unfortunately, after 2-1/2 days of my furnace making a noise, the noise stopped 1/2 hour before they arrived! They were very patient with trying to listen for the noise to restart, but it didn't happen while they were there.”
