Technician listened to my problem with the excessive noise fixed most of it but there is still a low rumble rattle sound that begins stops and then begins again when the heat kicks on.

The tech. Was very good and I was happy with him.(but he informed us oil tank was totally empty) But the problem I have is with Shipley letting us run totally out of oil which has never happened before and we been with Haly for 20 years and stayed loyal and never left for another oil co. We received oil 11/25/2024 of 150.6 gallons and on 1/14/2025 of 97 gallons so on 2/13/2025 one month later we’re out?? How could we go through 250 gallons in one month? Plus you clame we had 1/2 tank left, does this mean you didn’t fill the tank?? But as far as the tech. Concerned he was very good.

5 Star. Dave drove in an ice storm to my 90 year old Mom's house to address complaint of "no heat". He arrived ealier than he advised he would (no wait for a service person...what a rarity!). He diagnosed the problem within 3 minutes, and had the furnance repaired and running within 10 minutes. Dave was great! We were a little shocked at the price, but this wasn't something that Dave had control over.
