“The tech was very nice and knew what the problem was. It was a large job and he handled it very well. So glad it is repaired. Now the water clean up begins. I wish someone could have come on Sunday but the other tech told me he couldn't come and I was to call on Monday for an appointment. The water was flowing all night and made a terrible mess. Dan was very helpful and pleasant. Check out the pictures he took. You can see the soggy footprints on the carpet. We do not have a drain in the basement so I have to carry the water up in buckets, and dump them outside. Thanks for listening.”
