“The 'second' John came out on Friday. He was excellent. Knew what to do, made some changes, tested his changes a number of times to make sure everything was working properly. He was polite, confident that he had fixed the problem. explained everything to us and offered to come out again at 7am if we thought the system was not working properly. (It was early morning when heat was not coming on). He is a keeper!!!”
“The tech arrived in a reasonable time considering the time of day. Went to work as soon as he arrived. He knew my furnace from a recent issue. Same issue this time, did additional work on same problem & furnace was back to running again.”
