“The Shipley service tech Eli drove all the way from Carlisle to my house. I told the service people my driveway was not plowed. He couldn’t make it up my driveway but stopped and gave me instructions on how to reset my furnace and it worked after 2 tries. I just want to say thank you to him for just not leaving and am so sorry he had to drive all that way. He was respectful and apologetic and so very helpful. I live in a very rural area and I have no way of cleaning my driveway when my husband is away for work due to my rheumatoid arthritis. Thank you to Eli for giving me thorough instructions since the furnace was working but maybe there was some trash blocking the fuel.”
