“I did not have HVAC service!
A propane technician “Brady” who was great was sent out to check out a false inaccurate report by propane delivery driver “Sam” that the bleeder valve on my owned tank is broken or otherwise in a condition that would prevent a fuel delivery. This was in December last winter before the Holidays and caused a real hassle and considerable waste of my time. Sam also said he wasn’t familiar with my tank and that he had never been to my property which was not true since he had made a delivery 4 months prior! I called another supplier who confirmed the tank was perfect and has made several deliveries since. Sam wasted many hours of my time as was frankly very unprofessional and not very credible or perhaps honest stating he had never been here before and of course since many professionals have proven that there no problem. Please do not ever send him here again.
Brady on the other hand was very courteous, professional and competent and is welcome back anytime. Thank you”
“Carl came out to service oour oil burner on Nov. 7th. As always, he provided excellent service, including helpiing us decide which kind of thermostat to go with since we want to rreplace the one we have which is original with the house.”
