“5 Star. Dave drove in an ice storm to my 90 year old Mom's house to address complaint of "no heat". He arrived ealier than he advised he would (no wait for a service person...what a rarity!). He diagnosed the problem within 3 minutes, and had the furnance repaired and running within 10 minutes. Dave was great! We were a little shocked at the price, but this wasn't something that Dave had control over.”
