“Anthony is the best technician to serve my furnace (Derrick was very good, too). He used common sense and experience and found the problem within 5 minutes - bad piston which was leaking oil. (the 2 men here last week didn't even check the components of the furnace and used their instruments saying I had air in my pipes and told me to push the reset to turn on the furnace - I knew that wasn't right) He had to go for the part but now my furnace is working well!! He checked everything! You need more technicians like him.
