“First, I'm not sure who this concenrs. The two technicians didn't finish until 5pm Yesterday. Those two gentlemen were great. Did the work professionally. Friday AM, they delievered 20 gallons "manually". The Thursday night communications and the actual work were great.”
“We needed emergency service due to the oil lines “freezing” in this recent (very) cold snap. We were contacted a few times to let us know that we were not forgotten but quite a few people had issues due to the cold. Mike even tried to help us get our issue resolved over the phone. The technician made it our late and we know he was working his butt off going from call to call and had more calls to make after getting to our after midnight. He was extremely pleasant and professional and made sure we knew what was going on and what he had to do to fix it. I could not have been happier with the service and I have recommended this company multiple times. They are fantastic!”
“Technician was good and diagnosed problem as ice in heating pipes. Told to open up storage spaces upstairs to allow warm air to get to pipes. Also to put space heaters in storage areas to add heat. Problem is not resolved yet.”
