“Dan was very professional and friendly unlike other service technicians I have had in the past that worked on my oil burning furnace though and will still get 5 stars. He explained what he was doing and didn't get upset when I asked a few questions. He was very neat and didn't get soot or dirt anywhere. “Todays service concluded the call a week or so ago. Parts needed to be ordered were installed today plus a check that the system is fully functional for the heating system. That kind of attention should eliminate the need for another call in the near future.”
