“Jim is fantastic!! Always courteous, attentive, friendly, thoughtful, and an expert in his trade. He always takes time to answer all my questions, and gives me excellent advice. He also is very accommodating to my dog situation- I have a previously abused, fear aggressive dog that I have to shuffle around as Jim needs to go to various parts of my house. Jim's been the Shipley tech sent to my house several times now. I had a little anxiety about my appt this past Fri due to worrying about my pup, but when I got the text that morning informing me that Jim was on his way, I was immediately relieved and thankful!”
“Excellent installation. Very knowledgeable and did a great job. Stan is a great Foreman who helped us with a boiler and central install at my dad's house. When we needed a new boiler at our house the salesman didn't seem like he would be able to help us. Stan had given me his card when he did my dad's house and I called him and he assured me he would be able to help us which he did. Could not be happier .”
