“Shipley was responsive to get a service person to our house the first day we called, despite the heat wave. Steve Brewer was thorough, friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem with our ac compressor unit and it needs to be replaced. He made a temporary repair to try to keep it going until a replacement can be installed. While it is not a good situation, Shipley and Steve handled it very well.”
