“The only issue that I had was the miscommunication. My husband called in the service request and gave his phone number for contact (716-515-6193). Later the serviceman called my number (717-515-8122) to tell me he was on his way. I told him to call my husband because I was not home. Right after that my daughter sent me a text she got from Shipley with the serviceman information and saying he was in his way (717-968-7246). Why was there the different points of contact? Kevin was great!”

“Westley completely understood my problem after I told him what was going on. He also identified my circulator was not working properly which was the cause of my continued problems with air in system. Everything seems good for now. Keeping fingers crossed for no further issues.”
“The tech stated it was too cold in the garage to do the furnace check up. That is fine, he did correct my fan running on the new unit which i assume cranked up costs. He asked to reschedule for a warmer day. Next week looks warmer, so the schedule needs checked for an appointmant.
