“Ny was professional, courteous and explanatory. He did his best to fix the issue and we've had heat ever since. Unfortunately, after 3 hours of not working, it came on shortly before he arrived so all he could do was check stuff, clean stuff and ask questions. The true reason for the issue remains unresolved so we're worried it will happen again.”
