“Ethan is the best! He took the time to answer every question I had, and I had quite a few. He didn't just answer what I thought I needed to know, he also I added details I did not know about but should have. He was patient and told me exactly how my furnace tune-up went...provided all the information I needed to know. This is the second time he's been here and while everyone does a great job, I think Ethan is at the top in terms of customer service.”
“The technician was cordial when he was at our home to service our heat pump, however we were not happy that he poured water into the unit when it was 17 degrees outside and expected it to pump out and not freeze. Condensation will only discharge when the A/C is in operation. He was going to leave and allow this pump to continue to run trying to get the water out since it froze when the unit tried to discharge the water, it would have burned the pump out. I called him back into our home to empty the water out from inside that he had poured in. When he went outside to check the drain hose, he broke it off since it was frozen. In the past, we have felt we received good service from the other technicians, but this time we do not feel that way.”
