“Five stars for making a service call quickly. Three stars for "forgetting" to plug in the dehumidifier and causing wet floors and rugs 3 times till I saw what was happening. I pay 300.00 a year for service when needed. I know you fixed the problem at an extra cost to me of 199.71 for a part and plugging in the plug. Good Job?”
“Joe came to install a new part but found an electrical issue that caused the problem, Reverse Polarity. We are very pleased with Joe's work. He kept checking the wiring until he found the problem. I would recommend Joe to anyone who needs Shipley service. Jim and Bev Myers.”

The appt was to clean 2 furnaces but tech scheduled for one. Technician great service from scheduler needs improvement.”
