“Turned on heat for first time of the season but had no heat. Called & technician came within 2 hours of my call but unfortunately was unable to fix it. Parts needed to be ordered. I did have a service tune up in August but I do not know what was done at that time or if this problem would have been caught then. William was very friendly & informative & told me what I needed & approximately when the parts should arrive.”
“Every year when we start our 4 year old natural gas furnace we have issues and need to call Shipley because there is a clicking and banging noise and the temperature doesn’t up. Service tech came out and drained the air from the system. Hopefully Shipley can fix my issue in which I purchased a new furnace so I wouldn’t have issues. We went from oil to natural gas. Which is very efficient and cost savings which we like very much.”
