The team assigned to replace it arrived on time and were pleasant to have around the house all day while they did the work. What a nice surprise to learn that the bill was completely covered by our service contract! We are very happy!”
“Even though it took 5 weeks to get parts from the manufacturer which was very unacceptable that it took that long resulting in no heat for me at all, Pat the Parts Manger has been very sympathetic & kept me updated as best he could. I was given an appointment the very next day after the parts finally arrived & I appreciated that immensely. Westley had me up & running in about 2 1/2 hours & I finally had heat about an hour later. Hopefully I will not have to endure this incident again”
